Algebra Chapter 2 Test

Algebra classes will have a test on chapter 2 on Friday November 22nd. Students will brainstorm topics that will be covered in class on Tuesday to prepare to start studying. I will try to post a list of topic to study after students complete this task in class.

Concepts on the Test:
-Patterns/Growth Factor
-Writing Linear Equations from Graphs
-Writing Equations from a table, a Situation and a Graph
-Interpreting Graphs and Making Predictions
-Determining Points on a Line Using an Equation
-Solving Equations
-Writing Equations of Lines Using Points and Slopes, and Situations

Pre Algebra Chapter 3 TEST

The next TEST in Pre Algebra will be Friday November 22nd. It will cover the second half of chapter 3 in the CC3 text. Any material that has been learned prior to this chapter is also eligible to be on the TEST.

Specific concepts on the TEST:
-Patterns
-Tables, Graphs, Equations
-Simplifying Expressions
-Solving Equations
-Distributive Property
-Evaluating Expressions
-Graphing on a Coordinate Plane w/ area and perimeter
