7th Grade Basketball Announcement

(read on Wed 1-30)

Yesterday the boys 7th grade basketball team earned another win and beat the Cardinals of Sandy Run 42-25. The Bears led a balanced attack and played exceptional defense led by Cole Kitchen who led the team in steals.

Other leaders included power rebounders Jacob Villanueva and Dawson Ruggles. Ryan Coyle led in assists and points finishing with 15.

Other scorers included Brett Brossmas, Jacob Villanueva, Brett Broderick, Brendan Olexa, Nick Donovan and Griffin Shallcross.

The Bears play tomorrow at Keith Valley and look to continue their winning streak.

Next week the boys take on Lower Moreland at home on Tuesday. Come out and cheer them on...don't forget your notes from your parents for Mr.Petrash.

Algebra I

Chapter 6 deals with systems of linear equations and inequalities. There will be a lesson quiz after each lesson, a mid chapter quiz and a final cumulative assessment.

As we continue through algebraic concepts it is important to recognize that the material will be increasingly more challenging. Please make sure to ask questions, ask for help, attend lunch time review sessions and STUDY!
